We are now offering free postage on our internet orders, for each parcel posted to an address within the UK mainland. These parcels are sent by either second class post or Standard Parcel service via Royal Mail. This usually takes between 2 and 5 days from receipt of your order.
If you wish to guarantee an arrival date you should choose our ‘Special Delivery’ option. This ensures your order will arrive the next day, and will require a signature as proof of receipt. The charge for this service is approximately £10.00 this may vary depending upon the size and weight of the parcel. Please contact us to obtain an accurate quotation.
If you need your item guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday, please let us know. There will be an additional charge for this service.
To ensure your ‘Special Delivery’ item arrives the next day you must place your order before 12 noon, and let us know in the notes section of the order form, so that we can give your order priority and process it effectively.
Should your item arrive damaged then you need to notify us and keep the broken pieces together with the original packaging and box which it arrived in for inspection, and we will do the rest.
Overseas parcels will have the Value Added Tax (VAT) deducted if applicable to the Country of sending & postage will be charged at cost.
